There are no weak links at OpsKings - everyone is an "A+" player. Things that other vendors claim are not possible were within breadth for the OpsKings team to deliver.

There's so much communication (almost overcommunication - a good thing, in my view) that it's impossible to imagine not aligning strategically or tactically to deliver successful sprints.

The Ops Kings team helped Buzzlead build and deploy our Airtable Client Management System from the ground up. We use this system to manage every aspect of our lead generation business. From tracking client campaigns, setting up our client infrastrucutre, KPI's, reporting, managing our team, invoicing, the whole process from A-Z.

The works they've done for our agency is priceless. We were struggling to scale past 15,000/mo in revenue because our operations became a massive bottleneck. However with the help of Ops Kings we've quickly scaled to 50,000/mo and see 100k in sight!

They had their team actively monitoring our slack channel, providing us updates, and gave full transparency as to what was going on behind the scenes so we were were always in the loop as to what was going on.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They just understood our biggest bottlenecks from the start of our partnership, and were more than helpful in providing us solutions we desperately needed. They were very good at providing us ideas that we couldn't think of, based on work they've already done for similar businesses in our exact situation. I felt like we had a true partner working with OpsKings. They consulted us in areas where needed help, providing us unique custom solutions based on our feedback, and helped us implement sytems internally that allowed to to better delegate tasks and actually grow the busines instead of being stuck in the day to day.

Are there any areas for improvement or something OpsKings could have done differently?

Only negative part was keeping track of all the moving pieces we had in our businesses and keeping track of progress on bigger projects. Because we were working on so many things simulatenously, it was easy for tasks to get lost in project managment. However, they quickly addressed these issues with a task bot that collected our requests and automatically added them to our project tracking dashboard.

We began working with OpsKings to evaluate our internal operations and client experience across key divisions of the company. Their scope of work included interviewing team members, reviewing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending structural improvements.

Opskings delivered a full Company Brain, a detailed mapping of every process and workflow across each division. In addition, they provided four key strategic initiatives designed to address the gaps that have been limiting our revenue growth and overall performance.

Their project management was excellent. All deliverables were completed on time, and communication was clear and consistent. They were highly responsive to our needs and adjusted quickly to any feedback or requests. The overall process felt smooth and well-organized.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was their ability to look beyond simple process improvement. They didn’t just find ways to make individual systems more efficient, they took the time to understand our company’s broader goals and evaluated how each part of the operation either supported or hindered those objectives. Their recommendations were strategic and focused on removing the barriers that were limiting our revenue growth and overall performance. It was clear they were committed to helping us align our day-to-day workflows with our long-term vision, which made their insight incredibly valuable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something OpsKings could have done differently?

After going through the demo and experiencing the format of that meeting, I think it would’ve made more sense to focus on the four key initiatives while we had Kyle and Wade present, rather than spending time on the audit recap. I realized afterwards that they weren't as concerned with the detailed operational review, but would've liked to weigh in on the high-level direction and next steps. This really is my bad, not yours :) so not a critique of your approach, it’s more of a reflection in hindsight. It could be helpful, if the team is similar to ours, to ask ahead of time whether they’d prefer to focus on strategic initiatives during the meeting with top executives, and reserve operational recaps for a separate conversation with the ops team. 

Also, I didn’t realize our final call would be a recorded interview. It was totally fine on my end, but I probably would’ve prepared a bit differently had I known we’d be on camera. No big deal, thankfully I didn’t just roll out of bed, but a quick heads-up would have been helpful.
