My Company is a healthcare company which is providing a lot of treatments for users around the world. All of the treatments are done in Turkey. I am working there as a CTO.

We hired Unidevs to make an online platform that will help patients to book slots and pay the fees for getting the treatment.

We selected this vendor based on its qualifications which are their lowest price and high quality. Delivery was on time. In general, their offer was great.

The project was divided into four phases. The first phase was the analysis and design (UI & UX) branding section. The second one was the basic implementation of the prototype. The third one was the implementation of the User side and admin panel. The fourth one was the testing and delivery.

There were seven people as follows:

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We made internal and external testing with some of our patients and found that 80% were happy with that new platform.

For their timeline, It was good for the size of the project. As for the meetings, there were regular meetings to follow up on everything related to the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The thing that caught my eye the most was that they all worked on everything and helped each other. When new modifications were made to the project, they tried to contain the situation as much as possible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I didn't notice anything like that.

We hired Unidevs to build our software platform to present it as a real solution to many people in Iowa state(as phase one) and then the other states.

We selected this vendor based on many factors, such as the price, their used tools, and the quality of their services.

For the used tech, they were using the flutter framework to build the application interface. For the back end, they were using the laravel PHP and MySQL databases. For the branding section, they use XD and Figma. In general, the project was divided into four phases.

After our prototype launching, we found around 75% of the users are happy with that platform As a User Interface and User Experience plus Functionality

Most of their communications were done through Slack and notion, which is good. As for the timeline, they delivered early (two weeks before the deadline).

Besides the team management, we were impressed with UniDevs' responsiveness to our requests and messages.

Honestly, I can't thing of anything. I am extremely satisfied with their work

At first, there were some comments on the content, but it was soon modified and republished. Overall, everything was fine.

They were chosen based on several factors, the most important of which is the competitive price they offered and the wonderful technical solutions that were provided.

In the beginning, we were in the planning and analysis stage, which took some time, and then came the branding phase, then the development and testing phase.

After the first phase of the project was delivered, we conducted a questionnaire for a certain percentage of people about their satisfaction with this stage, and we found that the majority of people are very happy with these results.

In fact, we did not feel any kind of pressure because they were in constant contact with us to answer our inquiries and keep us updated.
