Michael is the chief architect of our agentless insurance sales CRM platform. We integrated with a large insurance carrier, created a CRM SaaS platform for multi-agency subscriptions, globally, and in multiple languages.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have successfully created a system that is capable of insurance sales and agency management. It's highly scalable and and reliable.

We managed the project and had continuous delivery of working features. The response times are prompt and decisions well thought out. I can't speak any more highly of my time working with Michael.

I've never worked with someone who is so technically gifted as Michael, and also having excellent communication skills. Softwisery is focused on making good business decisions and not just technical ones.

There really isn't anything I can think of that I would have done differently. With the project managed in an agile fashion, we quickly adapted to change, created a beautiful system, and it's better than we anticipated.

The scope of work covered several crucial areas. The first task was to assemble a compact and effective software development team, laying the groundwork for project success. The Agile methodology was introduced to enhance workflow efficiency and flexibility, ensuring quick responses to any project changes. An internal framework was created for rapid user interface generation, accelerating the overall project timeline. 

Despite limited resources, a significant deliverable was the timely launch of the MVP. Finally, maintaining a stable and rapid pace of product development was crucial. Throughout the development process, quality and reliability were never compromised, even with rapid progress, resulting in a robust and scalable product.

The adoption of the Agile methodology led to noticeable enhancements in workflow efficiency and adaptability. An essential milestone was the timely launch of the MVP despite resource limitations, signifying remarkable progress.

They were quick to respond and adjust to feedback, effectively translating our requirements into actionable tasks.

They have a deep understanding of technological architecture, which was instrumental in building our platform from the ground up. Furthermore, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism while working in a dynamic startup environment. They were not just reactive but proactively anticipated potential challenges, ensuring smooth development progress.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Softwisery could have done differently?

Their performance was outstanding from start to finish. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be slightly more prompt communication towards the end of the project. Nevertheless, their overall responsiveness was impressive.
