Communication with them has been great, and all deadlines have been met. Each month we have a set call that keeps us all on the same page, but they are also available at any time to discuss certain aspects of our SMM campaign` and to implement changes quickly.

After an initial proposal, we selected this vendor through a digital zoom meeting. As they had impressive credentials, sizable team, and good industry knowledge and sound digital marketing expertise, we decided to hire them.

We ran them through our marketing objectives for the quarter and aligned them with our existing campaigns and platforms. Then their team did their own analysis and proposed a new marketing plan - which was executed by them post our approval. They introduced new mediums for marketing and channelized existing ones. They are working up on new strategies as of now.

More users enrolled in our courses in last 30 days than the first 2 quarters of the year. We're happy with the results we've seen so far and are looking forward to see them deliver better results.

It was very well managed. Whenever we needed project updates, we used email. Our team meets monthly via Zoom, including me, my boss, and the Project Manager. We review our progress each month during these meetings, and they provide important statistics. Whenever a question or request arises, they always respond promptly and with a friendly and professional attitude.
