    Our Story

    Automely was founded in 2023 by Hamid Khan and Amir Khan to solve a frustration we kept seeing: founders in the US, UK, and EU needing senior AI engineers, but priced out of local talent and burned by low-quality outsourcing. We built Automely as the middle path — vetted remote engineers, transparent pricing, retainer-based delivery, and direct founder access. Today we ship AI agents, automations, and production software for SaaS, fintech, and SMB tech clients across three continents.

    We run a 2-week onboarding for every new client. Week 1 is discovery — we map your goals, current systems, and define a 90-day roadmap with measurable outcomes. Week 2 is setup — we provision tools, integrate with your stack, and ship the first deliverable. By day 14, you're seeing working output, not status updates.

    Every Automely client gets a dedicated Slack channel, a weekly 30-minute video sync, and a Notion workspace with live project status. You'll always know what's been shipped this week, what's in progress, and what's next. We respond to messages within 4 hours during overlap window (4+ hours daily across US/UK/EU timezones).

    We're actively taking on AI agent builds, automation engagements (n8n, Make, Zapier ecosystems), custom AI integrations into existing SaaS products, and full-stack development for AI-first startups. Ideal engagement size is $5,000–$25,000/month on a 3+ month retainer. We're especially interested in clients building in fintech, SaaS, and SMB tech.

    All client work is covered under mutual NDAs signed before kickoff. IP ownership transfers to the client on payment per milestone — you own everything we build, including code, models, prompts, and documentation. We follow GDPR-compliant practices for any client serving EU users.

    Our average client engagement is 6–12 months on a monthly retainer. Most engagements start as a 3-month pilot and convert to long-term retainers based on results. We don't lock clients into multi-year contracts — retention is earned monthly.
