When I spoke to their team, I always found them to be incredibly accommodating. I don’t mean that he always did exactly what I wanted them to do, but rather that he heard what I said and added value where he could, based on the ways that his expertise complemented mine. Their suggestions never felt like a sales pitch instead of just a realistic outline of what they could do, and that helped us to build respect together as a team from the beginning. One aspect I really appreciated was that you had senior members of their team working on your account, but they did a good job of incorporating their support staff into the day to day of the work as well. That way you got not only the direction and experience of the more seasoned team members, but you got the fresh ideas and energy of the younger teammates as well. The whole process was very collaborative and enjoyable to work through. Alongside that, they spend enough time listening to their customers and trying to incorporate what you are asking for into the actual process, which isn’t something most agencies will do.
