As an international marketing consultant in my previous job, I referred My Little Big Web to my clients. #1 because I knew they were really good and #2 because the feedbacks I had from my clients were unbelievable. So when I started at D4Pack it was logical and just natural to hire them for our online marketing development.

After I completed the marketing plan, I met with the My Little Big Web team to explain the strategy and tactical actions I want to take. Regarding web design, I identified around 4 websites that I found inspiring. Once I had completed the content and selection of the visuals to be used on our website, My Little Big Web then began the web design process. I immediately liked the result and it is one of their great advantages to quickly understand the needs of the client. Regarding the SEO team, the process was just as easy. The MLBW team first designed the editorial calendar. Every month we reviewed together the content for the blog. They are currently finalizing the optimization of the pages. Everything was easy because I immediately knew where I was going. Same with the PPC team. We validated with them the Google campaigns keywords before launching them. The follow-ups were monthly and the team was also super available.

We are using the for the development of our website, our SEO and our PPC. We want to be visible on google and facebook when Canadaians search for their boating license.

We saw an ad on Facebook. After a few phone conversations, we were excited that they could offer professional solutions to a lot of our needs. Instead of our company needing to hire internally, MLBW offers experience and know-how in the areas we need.

For PPC, they manage our budget of roughly $250,000 through multiple acquisition platforms. They create the marketing content as well and create and manage the campains based on our needs. MLBW handles our SEO by writing weekly blogs and optimizing our website. They also acquire back links. On the programing level, they implement our request and update our wordpress site.

We have 3 team leaders. 1 for PPC, 1 for SEO and 1 for programing. Each team leader manages a team that work on our various tasks. There is also a manage that oversees all the team leaders and deals with billing.

Through our monthly reports provided by MLBW, we continue to see an increase in our SEO strength through metrics like our google keyword listing and our SEO website score. Our PPC performance is also going well as we are consistently hitting our desired ROAS and consistently have a majority of the impression share on google ads.

We use the platform Basecamp to maintain great communication. Since MLBW manages many aspects of our business, there are multiple conversations going at once. All of their team members are quick and thorough in their answers.

They're willing to find a solution to any problem and to make suggestions on how we can improve our business. As they are the experts in their field, we often rely on them for ideas and suggestions. They all take the time to provide well-thought-out answers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Right now, there are no areas to improve on. They do a great job of making sure we are satisfied with they work and if they is anything, they are flexible and find a solution. For example, at the beginning of our relationship. We had concerns about how the billing worked due to the nature of our seasonal business. After voicing our concerns, they happily adapted the way the billing was done. They really make sure the customer is satisfied and they are very transparent with everything.

We made a call with the project manager who introduced us to the rest of the team. Then we provided all of the information needed to design the website. The web designer presented the models to us and we were able to make our modification requests. The schedule was respected so the project was able to move forward quickly.

We were also able to submit a second round of corrections even if the initial quote allowed just one shot. The My Little Big Web team did not wish to charge us for this extra as they said our requests were minor. We then received training to allow us to be autonomous once the website was delivered.

Meeting deadlines and transparency are very important to us. Having been disappointed by our previous agency, we were very demanding at this level. My Little Big Web has been able to respect its commitments. I even believe that the project was delivered 2 days in advance (it's not huge but it's better than nothing). Following the launch of the new website, we have received a lot of compliments from our customers and partners.

They use project management software (Basecamp) which promises us to contact all the members of the project and to have a fairly quick response. It is on Basecamp that they submit the models, the timelines etc.

We were impressed by how reliable and transparent they were.

If the project had to be redone, I would have appreciated having more follow-up on the progress of the project.
