Limited Fire hired Upearance to manage all of our ads on four different platforms, which are Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Upon hiring Karim for the job, I let him know my expectations, which were to maintain a ROAS of 2.0 or higher and you constantly maintain communication with me and my staff which he has done flawlessly. Karim and his team has exceeded my expectations for this project.

After interviewing over 15 different ad agencies I made the decision to hire Karim with Upearance. Karim is very honest and straight forward. His communication style is excellent and he always goes above and beyond to make sure the job gets done correctly. Karim has spent countless hours helping us manage changes on our website to optimize them for better conversions resulting in tens of thousands of dollars in revenue with these changes. Most of all Karim takes on each company as if it was his own! This agency is always willing to go above, and outside of their scope of work to find solutions.

The email campaigns were very successful. We had an 90% open rate, which was the highest we'd ever seen, and a 73% click-through rate. The emails and Instagram ads combined resulted in $300,000 in poster sales within the first 4 months!!!

We had weekly zoom meetings to go over our campaigns performance and used slack to communicate effortlessly. Whenever we had a question about anything, Karim and his team were very responsive to our needs and replied in great detail!
