The thing that impressed me the most was that they really understood the market and consumers. They were sharp about operating in different countries. Sometimes, lower quality and content are better for other markets. They knew how to act in Europe, the US, and China. They knew what needed to go on the packaging, and that was really helpful for us. Their communication was top-notch. They reached out whenever necessary, didn’t over-communicate or under-communicate, and were always available to answer questions. I can't say enough about Fernanda and her attention to detail. Their updates were terrific and on time. They were strategic thinkers. Overall, we had a great partnership.
