The scope was to firstly put together a brand and logo to represent the company as it evolved into its new form. The second part of the scope was to design a website that represents us as a company as well as showcasing the product and services which we provide.

Since going live, we have noticed a considerable increase in traffic to the site. Also, we now have a website that we are proud to present to clients, and regularly receive great feedback in relation to the new site.

Their project management is superb. They're clear about what days and times your project is booked into the studio. Proofs and any revisions/amends are always well organised and actioned efficiently. If something isn't quite working, they're always happy to come up with fresh ideas and options for consideration. 

Projects are always delivered on time and if something last minute crops up (always a distinct possibility with events) a member of the design team is usually able to assist with quick changes.

Soap essentially took this project and our company to new heights giving us the perfect platform to market our services in a professional way which gave balance and structure to our business. 

Since embarking on this journey with Soap we have doubled in size year on year with new locations planned in the coming months and years. We have always relied on Soap to keep proving us with new and exciting updates to help us increase market share whilst also being on hand to help us with future projects. This is why our relationship is on-going and we recommended Sopa to many of our clients.

Ability to adapt to our ever-changing needs. They took the opportunity to coach some of our junior team members on the print process by visiting the printer to sign off artwork on press and arrange a tour.

Soap provides operational management for one-off projects to BAU from brief to concepts, artwork sign-off, and then print/production and fulfilment. We have an open, daily dialogue with Soap and, as such, are able to effectively manage expectations and challenges.

A refresh of an existing brand to deliver a more up to date and engaging look and feel. The brief was to use graphical design rather than photography, to provide a new leaflet about the service as well as posters, banner, social media graphics and additional crime type specific literature. In addition we requested editable templates so we could expand our range of literature in the the future using our in-house team.

Soap have been very responsive and delivered creative quickly. They have responded well to our feedback (which is not always the most detailed) in providing final creative that we all love.
