They answered all questions asked via e-mail on an ongoing basis, and if necessary, it was always possible to arrange a live meeting. They tried to find solutions that satisfied us and were very flexible in their approach to our comments and expectations. The campaign concerned the tourist promotion of the region and was carried out during a very difficult time of the COVID-19 pandemic and then the outbreak of war in Ukraine. Therefore, their commitment to solving current problems and flexibility in running the campaign deserve special recognition.
