The thoroughness is impressive. Ana did a lot of upfront work to review the landscape and identify end users. We were able to identify who we were speaking to. They did a lot of groundwork not only in identifying those people but also in looking at the competition, the industry, and the landscape, which helped to define some of the offerings. Additionally, Albert is passionate and cares, which is reflected in his approach. He is very into detail and creates environments. If you allow him some scope, he will produce very fine work and go above and beyond in terms of his contractual obligations.

Overall, the team was very proactive throughout the process. For example, there were some bumps in the road to get our homepage video together, but we didn’t have the right footage to do it.
