Rebell Studio helped us with two projects. The first was a large scale video production (which included still photography for billboards) and the second was a guerilla marketing campaign for the opening of our new co-working location in Warsaw. 

• Video: casting, directing, costuming, script, filming 
• Billboards: photography, placement + execution 
• Guerilla marketing: ideation, design, execution, capturing the guerilla activation 
• Social media strategy: ideation, photoshoot, created AR filter

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Brand awareness - social media engagement + traffic to our site both increased during the span of our campaign. The video production was also integral to many of our lead generation efforts (paid aids, socials, billboards, etc.)

Rebell went above and beyond for this project. They were hardworking, responsive, available at all hours, energetic, agreeable, pleasant, diligent, and creative. Our needs were all responded to and the process of working together alongside the end result exceeded expectations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Rebell is constantly ideating - always something fresh, something on brand, something our company hadn't seen or experimented with before. It's an unending pool of knowledge, resources and CREATIVITY! In addition, every presentation is masterfully created. All touch points with Rebell are professional and beautiful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Rebell Studio could have done differently?

I think having a slightly more concrete budget estimation would've been helpful, however this is always challenging and I feel Rebell's communication more than made up for it.

OYO is the tech and hospitality company that is the worlds 2nd largest hotel chain and have verticals like co working spaces and food delivery services. I am the head of global ovh brand and was responsible for new brand creations in all verticals of the business.

For what projects/services did your company hire Rebell Studio?

we were working on new business vertical of co working spaces. this was a new market for us and it required not just brand creation but a distinctive implementation of brand to create an impact. The identity needed to be so distinctive that it is easy to implement and attracts people's attention

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to launch the first 3 co working spaces withing 6 months and wanted to see out all the spaces by the 3rd quarter.

How did you select this vendor?

we went through the internal database of previously used vendors, we all reserved online for new ones and there were some recommendations as well. we short listed 3 companies based on their quality of work and turn around time. VP and the Project program owners were the decision makers where we evaluated different aspects of each company that were short listed. the reason we picked rebell because those were the ones who not only had the best turn around time or the budget but also had a distinctive design style we were looking for. their attitude to understand the business better to generate the best output was a refreshing.

there was 1 discovery meeting where we did a lot of brain storming to help them understand our personality and requirements. post that all interaction were over phone as we were in 2 different countries. I was the main lead where i shared the complete project brief with Rebell, that included logo creation, concept note, tagline, visual language, mock-ups of co working spaces, sign boards, website, and stationary . Within 2 weeks they provided multiple name options along with various identities for each name and the complete concept deck for each option.

What was the team composition?

best thing we liked was there were only 2 people we interacted with there was a broader team working on the back end. the strategist and the creative directors were directly involved with day to day updated and listening to our queries.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

the project was delivered before time and within defined budget. there was in increase of around 13% higher interaction on social media post launch than predicted. also we had large attracted clients via ofline marketing materials prepared by the team. the response was so good that instead of opening 1 brand "workflo" we open 2 brands "powerstation" because the options provided by Rebell was too good to not to be implemented

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was seamless. it was surprisingly smooth conversation and their ability to take feedback with open mind was impressive. their turn around time was commendable and ability of understanding the brief and execute it with such perfection was awesome! everything was managed on email which may not be the best way to do things but it worked well for us.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The knwledge of design implements, concept creation and the practically of the wacky design was something we learned from them. their openness to feedback and their dedication to deliver on crazy timelines we put forward without any complaints is how we felt like we found a partner in business rather than a vendor .

their quality and their timelines trump all, i wish we had known them sooner .

They do brand strategy, brand identity, and the visuals and graphic design. They also do websites and landing pages for us. We’ve done at least 10 projects with them.

We usually work with the two co-founders because I had a relationship with them before they went to a bigger agency. We also worked with 1-2 of their designers.

I had a relationship with them before and they always delivered great branding work.

They should be more visible because I think more people can benefit from them.

They took part in the tender during my previous project. I got familiar with their rich portfolio. When it came to do this project I was sure I want to work with them.

Rebell Studio produced and developed a creative concept of a spring collection photo shoot and created lookbook videos for my brand. They found great team to make this photo shoot and was highly involved in all stages of this project - starting with developing the creative idea, finishing with great postproduction. I was working closely with the principles of the firm, felf very safe and well treated. I was constantly informed about new arrangements or any changes. I felt as part of the teem which I do appreciate when I work with agencies.

All people who provided budget fot this project was very satisfied with the results. The same said the numbers :) Our clients like the photo/video content a lot.

All of the goals were achieved, we have received very positive feedback from the audience, campaigns were also appreciated by target groups

Very good fluent communication, aalso in case of emergencies, if there was such a need, the reaction was immediate

They create distinctive designs that are very high quality, tasteful, and modern. I would call them a piece of art. they are a very creative team, campaign proposals have never been standard, always very well prepared, but at the same time verified and sensible in terms of content

Going through a rebranding, our main challenge is the sheer quantity of assets that we need to create. Rebell Studio has delivered every single asset we requested at the expected quality level.
