We were able to be very aligned and streamlined with our design systems. This made all of our design systems cohesive in visuals and we are also able to communicate to our clients very efficiently. Confetti was definitely a good choice, and we are glad we did it. They delivered the project on time and were very professional. Their work and approach were excellent. We are 100% looking forward to work with them again.

Confetti was extremely proactive and sent us a questionnaire to begin with. They had detailed out every step thoughtfully. In fact some of the questions made us think hard about what we really want! They created 3 different user personas and that helped us understand how others perceive us. We also got multiple logo designs and were able to ideate and understand through the various processes. With each meeting we narrowed down the designs and had the best final outcome.

Two people worked with us - Rishabh explained the entire process and handed us over to Amal - who saw us through the entire graphic design and branding process. Amal is adept at his work and understood all our concerns and was able to give us what we wanted.

We are still waiting to put all these designs into production, but I am sure it’s going to do well! We are very excited to launch this soon.

The team started by checking out the customer surveys and conducting research which actually helped us get aligned with what we really wanted to design. They asked us critical questions that were really important post which the wireframing happened and then the final design was presented to the tech teams.

We got the founder along with a senior designer to kick off the project who took the lead on the designs and also worked in Sync with our internal teams.

The outcome of the project is really good from their side and we are happy we have a team that understands our needs and can guide us when we have to make tough decisions. We were facing huge dropoffs on our onboarding screen. Post implementing some designs we were able to reduce the dropoff by 10%.

The team always makes necessary changes to the communication flow so that everyone is aligned and knows what to do. we never faced any issues on this front.

Asking the right questions at right time actually blew my mind and their ability to create designs at a faster pace is something impressive.

QA is something that we can work on as once the designs are finalized. the team can fix any issues developers might have missed at the time of development.

The project was in the healthcare sector where the offering was a test report which was very confidential and one of a kind in the industry. The organisation wanted to ensure that the negative attributes of the report put in a way which did not alarm the customer and also give proactive recommendation to handle the same.

Rishabh the owner took to doing the project himself as the project timeline was very short. I am sure he must have taken help from his teams but we did not check that out as it was project based.

The design including the user experience was not just well done but reasons for the same was also clearly mentioned. And he not just made couple of versions of the mobile app design but also made them in dark modes.

He was very swift when it came to figma. They were super quick, and his agility to the requirement we mentioned was one of the best aspects of their delivery.

He was young and had the right approach to the problem. His approach was scientific which most in the peers were not doing.

I did not find any and neither did our end client share the same. But it was something we liked.

We hired Confetti Design Studio to overhaul our website, with the main film checkout flow in mind. Other pages of interest: home page, contact us, and second level information pages.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Confetti after submitting a project to Dribbble - we were inundated with responses, but Confetti did the extra work to reach out via our Instagram account, where we are most active. They did a complimentary audit of our site and even scheduled a zoom call to talk things through.

We started with discovery calls, competitor audits, then moved into initial design work. Confetti presents designs via Figma, first wire framing and once approved by us, brings that into high fidelity. From there, development on our top pick is brought to a staging link on Wordpress, and eventually pushed to live.

About four people from the team works on our project, ranging from Designers to Developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are definitely seeing a bump in our site’s speed, and less confusion overall on the ordering process. With new features and improvements also come some issues, but Confetti is always quick to fix and update the site before it’s a problem. Sales do seem steadier as a result of Confetti’s work — hopefully less cart abandonments due to less frustration playing a key role in this!

Confetti responds as soon as they receive our WhatsApp messages, are organized in keeping track of priority items, and clear with how they communicate to us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Most impressive is the level of detail Confetti puts into each step of the process — they have learned our business and offerings, and within minutes we can receive feedback and insights on ideas to improve our site. They take the extra time to understand what works and what won’t. They also weren’t afraid to try new things that have a personal touch.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes our expectations for a particular design or feature has been set in the design stage, but then cannot be met in the development stage — we now wait until designs are approved by the developer to get too excited about a design!

Because of the project, people recognise our logo and many customers have told us that they love our packaging.

We have 2 meetings weekly through zoom and the team was rather flexible with things we wanted. Everything was delivered on time and they have been nice enough to accommodate our needs even after the project was completed.
