Their level of responsiveness, even during high-pressure sprints, was both calming and empowering. If there’s one area of improvement we could suggest, it would be their ability to scale bandwidth during moments when we wanted to accelerate even faster. Given how impressed we were with their core team, we often found ourselves wishing there were three more of them. That said, they were honest about their bandwidth and always transparent about timelines, which allowed us to plan realistically and avoid surprises.
