Our client was looking for a reliable longterm partner to support their ongoing HubSpot website needs. They needed a partner that could provide both best practices advice and tactical execution for a HubSpot website overhaul.

Jacob has limited availablilty, so the only potential improvement would be to create more capacity, which I believe he's already in the process of doing.

In the spring of 2023 my business began to expand rapidly with the addition of many new clients.  I needed to organize my business to more effectivly manage and communicate with my clients.  Jake managed the entire process of setting up my Hubspot CRM system: converting clients from spreadsheets into the CRM system and developing unique identifiers to ensure I could track and manage various client types going forward.  Additionally, Jake has supported my communication efforts as needed by setting up marketing emails and segmenting clients to deliver the emails to.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As a result of working with Jake and Bootstrap Creative I have seen a 4x increased in client and revenue growth in my business.  This is directly related to the efficiency and structure that Jake and Bootstrap Creative built into the CRM system.  The CRM structure has enabled me to scale my client communications and focus on new client acquisition.

We engaged Bootstrap Creative to redesign and rebuild our website on the HubSpot CMS platform with the goal of modernizing our online presence, improving the user experience, and creating a stronger foundation for lead generation. In addition to the website project, we retained Bootstrap Creative to manage our ongoing search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to increase our online visibility, improve search rankings, and generate qualified leads.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The primary objective of the project was to consolidate our website, CRM, and marketing automation onto a single platform. Prior to the migration, our website, CRM, forms, email marketing, and analytics were spread across multiple systems, creating inefficiencies and requiring duplicate effort. Moving to HubSpot has given us a single source of truth for customer and prospect data. Website inquiries now flow directly into our CRM, marketing campaigns are managed from the same platform, and sales and marketing have greater visibility into lead activity and attribution. This has streamlined our processes, reduced manual administration, and provided a stronger foundation for measuring and improving our digital marketing efforts over time. While the website redesign and platform migration were the primary deliverables, the integrated platform has also positioned us to better optimize SEO, PPC, lead nurturing, and reporting going forward.

Bootstrap Creative managed the project well from start to finish. They established clear timelines, met the agreed-upon deadlines, and communicated proactively throughout the process. They were responsive to our questions and feedback, incorporating requested changes promptly and providing recommendations when appropriate. Overall, they were easy to work with and demonstrated a collaborative approach that helped keep the project on track.

What impressed me most about Bootstrap Creative was their responsiveness and collaborative approach. As a smaller firm, they were readily available, receptive to feedback, and quick to implement requested changes. Rather than treating the project as a one-way engagement, they worked with us as a partner, listening to our input, offering thoughtful recommendations, and adapting as our needs evolved. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bootstrap Creative could have done differently?

Overall, we've been very happy with our experience. If I had one suggestion, it would be for Bootstrap Creative to be even more proactive in identifying opportunities to improve lead generation beyond SEO and PPC. Their expertise in digital marketing is strong, and I'd welcome additional strategic recommendations around website conversion optimization, content strategy, user experience, and other initiatives that could further improve marketing performance.

Most importantly: they are honest. If HubSpot detects a fix that is not necessary for SEO or website optimal functioning, they tell me. Their objective is to meet our needs, not just charge for unneeded work. It's like finding a trustworthy mechanic for your car.
