Disruptive is the complete opposite and has surpassed expectations. One downside to working with a 3rd party agency is usually communication, but not with Disruptive. They are very attentive and responsible. I can touch base with them any day and at any time. I love working with this team because I know they treat our strategy like they are a part of our company. They make wise business decisions and keep us in the loop at all times.

We communicate over the phone and meet with their team twice a week to review current campaigns and redistribute our budget accordingly. Their accessibility distinguishes them from other providers. It’s extremely difficult to work with vendors that need to be badgered into providing status updates. Any time we’ve had to address something with Hedges, they’ve been quick to respond.
