They have productive presentations and demos of what’s been achieved in a sprint. We can see what the tasks are on a page that we share, so it’s easy to register issues and assign them to people on their team. The priorities are continually discussed. Their response times are quick when we raise issues. They keep their promises and give accurate estimates of their scope of work. They’ve been pleasantly transparent.
