Blackpepper works with us across multiple digital channels to support the growth of our ecommerce business. The scope includes ongoing SEO strategy and implementation, paid search and performance marketing, and broader ecommerce marketing support.
On the SEO side, this covers technical improvements, content optimisation, keyword strategy, and regular performance reporting to improve visibility and organic traffic. For paid media, Blackpepper manages and optimises our PPC and search engine marketing campaigns with a strong focus on efficiency, return on ad spend, and revenue growth.
They also provide strategic guidance around ecommerce performance, user behaviour, and opportunities to strengthen our brand’s position in a competitive market. The engagement is
ongoing, with regular communication, reporting, and optimisation to ensure activity is aligned with our commercial goals.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with Blackpepper, we’ve seen steady improvements across key ecommerce performance metrics. Organic search visibility has increased, paid search campaigns have become more efficient, and overall traffic quality has improved.
We’ve also seen stronger revenue contribution from both organic and paid channels, alongside improved campaign structure, clearer reporting, and more consistent performance over time. The ongoing optimisation and strategic guidance has helped us compete more effectively in a crowded market and make better, data-informed decisions.
Beyond performance metrics, we’ve gained clearer insights into customer behaviour and channel performance, allowing us to refi ne our digital strategy and prioritise activity that delivers commercial impact.
