CMS manages their time efficiently and are responsive to sudden changes in scope. Some tasks take longer to complete than others, but they send frequent progress reports so I know we’re getting closer to launch each day. We use Basecamp to communicate. Communication is never a struggle as I only have to ask for something once to see results.
