We signed up through an agent named Jessica who contacted us. She offered us a deal to update our website and manage our website. Well now our website is worse than it was before and it looks super rookie! Nothing we asked for was completed, buttons link to the wrong pages, wrong information, and now i am being told that we need to upgrade to another package to get this fixed???

• ZERO! THEY FAILED EVERY TASK!

We were promised professional website designers and instead i have to tell them how to do their job. I had to tell them move this icon left or right and wait days till that got done...Our website has NOT BEEN COMPLETED!!! Why am i paying you guys monthly for services i am not getting!?!!??! Now jessica no longer works there and Stu says he will make this right.

His solution was to get us to re-sign another contact!? and upgrade our package? I already paid someone else to do my website and guess what? its done. i sent the template to STU and his team to fix our website and guess what, they CANT!!!! You guys degraded my website. People think my business is a SCAM NOW Because of your incompetent web designers failed to do what i signed up for...

They breached their contract and won't even allow me to cancel it nor will fix my website. This has been a living nightmare for my business.

That they could get away with robbing us...

Yes like delivering what YOU PROMISED! and fixing this situation not forcing me to upgrade or pay extra to get what we originally agreed on.
