We had Citypeak Marketing complete several tasks to help me establish and grow my small business. I had gotten several estimates for the web design and they have the best prices, services, and professionalism. We asked them to do a professional website in 2-months and they delivered. They were very helpful and assisted me with key branding decisions and more. 

I have used other companies in the past and am glad I found Citypeak marketing because they made marketing a fun experience. After working with them I've enjoyed their services so much that I am continuing to use them for all my marketing needs. My business is growing and I can't thank them enough.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Citypeak Marketing completed the website design on time within our 2-month plan. Also, they stayed within the budget we set and produced excellent work. They were able to get keywords ranked which have been constantly increasing. They have began getting organic traffic to my website and getting me leads immediately. Lastly, they improved my website health to a 100% with technical SEO work.

Their team was very responsive, usually within a few minutes. They delivered all marketing work in the time frame outlined in their proposals. They were extremely responsive to my needs from taking immediate calls to always responding to my emails and texts. They have a very organized system for project management by creating a Master Tracking Sheet for my company that lists work done, links for work done, and project status.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was very impressed with their owner Nick and his specialized team. Nick was the point person for contacting me and primary person doing the work on my business. He has tons of experience and it's great to discuss marketing strategies with him. I found him kind, intelligent, and trustworthy. 

As a small business it is great to work with a marketing small business agency that can give me the specialized attention that bigger marketing companies fall short on. I've worked with others and it is frustrating but Nick and his team produce high-quality work at the lowest prices.

Citypeak Marketing has done a perfect job thus far.

I hired Citypeak Marketing with the goal of creating a modern website to give builders and homeowners when I come to give estimates for concrete work. I've been asked often if I had a website and it was embarrassing to say "No". 

Fortunately I was referred to Citypeak Marketing who helped me by creating a stunning website and staying well within my budget. They were able to do everything for me since I am so busy and exceeded my expectations of a internet marketing company. 

They made a logo, wrote all the content, and designed an excellent website for my concrete company. Now I can say "Yes" when asked about my website and be proud.

I was especially impressed with their affordable marketing services. I checked other companies and their price gave me a lot more work at the lowest cost. I also liked that whenever I called, emailed, or texted they responded within minutes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Citypeak Marketing could have done differently?

They should raise their prices because the services they offer are very high-quality and deserve to be paid more to ensure they continue operating.
