Other more traditional MSPs we worked with in the past were usually knowledgeable, but they had teammates knowing three different topics at once. However, Integris is really deep and granular regarding their expertise. They have a lot more to offer when it comes to their knowledge in different fields and areas. Their knowledge encompasses disaster recovery, cybersecurity, server environment, and storage.

Vertical Computers is excellent at meeting deadlines. Steven is very organized and an amazing project manager. He’s always clear about the project’s work and stages. Moreover, Vertical Computers is responsive and quick to address issues. They provide close follow-up through their ticketing system and email support line. When our staff has an issue, they open a ticket, and we get a notification when they open the email. We then start communicating until the problem is resolved. Their ticketing system sends automatic emails when a ticket hasn’t been resolved.

Onboarding was thought out and a dedicated qualified individual was handling the project. My organization had no down time for onboarding which was exceptional. The new computer for the front conference room was exactly what it needed to be and Sikich took the time to understand the need.
