Intrust IT is our Managed IT Support provider. They are responsive, friendly and great to work with. They always get back to us and make technology easy to understand. They respond quickly to requests and understand our business. Our monthly services is IT Support Services and Helpdesk services.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• We are confident that we have the right IT Support and cybersecurity monitoring to allow us to focus on our business. Any challenges that we face, we have a team at our back that gets back to us quickly. They also will help us map out the road ahead for our business growth.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Highly organized project management. Their robust ticking system tells me status easily of any challenge. They respond quickly and deliver on time.

They are employee owned. That means low turnover. So the team we work with will learn our business and be there to help us grow.

This is an awesome team. They are fun to work with and make cybersecurity feel approachable. I do not have any areas where they could improve.

I’m the operations manager of a staffing agency called Stafanation. I essentially help run the business, overseeing all departments.

What challenge were you trying to address with Intrust IT & Cyber Security?

We hired them for their managed IT services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Intrust IT & Cyber Security assists us with all of our IT needs. Whenever we run into any issues or need to update our systems, we turn to them for help. For instance, there was someone tried to hack into our system, and they were able to prevent that from happening. Their team also manages our computer systems and installs hardware and software based on our needs. They do all the work remotely.

What is the team composition?

They follow a ticketing system in handling our issues, and we usually work with one IT specialist from their team whenever we submit a ticket.

How did you come to work with Intrust IT & Cyber Security?

Our interim owner owns their company, so it just made sense for us to use them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $10,000–$25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Intrust IT & Cyber Security in March 2020, and our engagement is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve been very happy with their services.

How did Intrust IT & Cyber Security perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done a great job from a project management standpoint. We’ve never had any issues, and they respond to our requests quickly. They’re also very diligent in checking in with us to see if all of our problems have been resolved. Overall, they’re always on top of everything.

For communication, we mainly interact via phone calls and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Intrust IT & Cyber Security’s customer service is impressive — their communication is very timely, and they always explain to us what the problem is and what they need to do to fix it.

Are there any areas they could improve on?

I don’t have any negative feedback for them.
