There was always an easy communication line. I don’t know what they used on their end, but to communicate with me we used email and Google Docs because you could document everything and have a bullet point list of what needed to be done. If I needed to call them, I could have. If I sent them an email, more than likely it was returned on the same day. One of the biggest issues with hiring a firm overseas is the communication barrier: not only can you get higher quality products in the US, but the communication is ten times better.
