Ashton Technology is very willing to figure out what is happening. Sometimes they would follow up on a problem in the middle of the night and send us an email or message the following morning. I am assured that any problem is being worked on because they keep us up to date. We have access to the portal of their ticketing system, which is also helpful. They’re very communicative, which I definitely appreciate. They’ve got a good tracking system and there’s clear coordination between departments.
