Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

CGB responded to water damage in our 16,300 square foot building that resulted from a broken pipe.  This affected our internet and phone networks.  We also had several computers damaged or destroyed.  CGB responded immediately to our call to come and assess the damage and make recommendations for repair.  The network was restored and hardware was tested.  Irrepairable computers were replaced and data transferred.  Employees were quickly able to return to work with minimal disruption.  Our undamaged phones were also connected to sustain critical communications.

CGB was extremely efficient and communicated well every step of the way.  We knew what to expect and when to expect them.  They were friendly and helpful and did what they could to minimize costs, including donating equipment.  Their response made a huge impact on our recovery.

The expertise and knowledge of the staff was most impressive.  There is always someone available to answer questions and provide quick solutions.  We know that we can trust them and they have our best interests in mind at all times.
