The Karcher Group always has multiple people on their team to help us with every part of our marketing strategy. Further, they can work with our business in the longer run. We’ve worked with smaller firms, and the experience has been great. However, we need a partner that can grow with us over time. We know that The Karcher Group can continue to work with us and grow our business over decades without us outgrowing their capabilities.

He brought in one of their engineers, Steve Luc, who actually worked with us on the account, and Steve was just phenomenal. He actually had a background with GoldMine, so he knew some of the challenges that we were facing in going from GoldMine to CRM.
