The solution provides an onboarding experience and enables users to create experiments from scratch or via OCR and NLP scanning. It also includes full editing and management capabilities, alongside collaboration features for sharing and editing results. After the initial release, the team delivered a Post-MVP phase focused on more complex functionality and improving platform logic. This included a voice assistant for editing experiments with voice commands. This phase also integrated automated calculations to make the system even more efficient

We would occasionally need to revisit staffing or budget constraints, but these conversations were always productive and resolved in a timely manner. Our primary project manager is employed through another 3rd party partner, but he works with our Leobit team.

From the very beginning, we were offered several ways to optimize project costs, because we are a non-governmental organization and we do not have the opportunity to revise budgets and it is very difficult to raise other funds, so this customer focus helped us a lot to implement the project.
In the process of implementation, the project manager and all the specialists involved were very understanding of the fact that we were new to the topic, and also took into account certain requirements that we had fixed for the project and adjusted the plans to the real deadlines we had.

At the design stage, it was important for us to take into account not only the technical requirements but also other policies and approaches related to working with survivors, because they are the primary audience of the products we prepared, and the designer tried to offer several options for what certain solutions could look like.

Since our organization does not have a separate system administrator or a person specializing in digital infrastructure, the developers helped us at all stages to register accounts on various services and set them up.

The tester and the project team were actively working on finalizing the products and paying attention not only to the details related to user experience, but also to how a particular step in our product might be perceived. In fact, during this cooperation, we not only received products, but also got a good understanding of how to plan this type of activity in the future, because before that our views were rather intuitive.

Their primary focus was on improving the mobile application, but they also made significant enhancements to the back-end technology and the admin portal. Among their contributions were the creation of a referral system and improvements to contact synchronization, among other features.
