Satsuma is an operations studio for small businesses that want to grow or modernize. We keep the business on track, put AI to work on the repetitive tasks, and bring in new customers.

- Marketing operations: lead sourcing and enrichment, marketing infrastructure, cold outbound, CRM and lead routing, and one dashboard that shows which channels actually bring in revenue.

How we work: we start by reviewing how work, leads and data move through the business. Then we build inside the tools the client already pays for, document every automation, and stay on to run and improve it. Clients own every account and every system.
