Whenever there are performance issues with any particular developer, Bacancy acts on the same right away either by addressing the performance improvement with the specific developer or by providing an alternate resource by arranging interviews in a shorter period of time. Our team has direct access to all the developers, making it very easy to collaborate and work. There were a few initial hiccups here and there, but we have weekly meetings with the Bacany project manager to review the previous sprint activities and the upcoming sprint tasks, which helps with the continuous monitoring and adjustments as needed along the way.
