Nextgo.io assigned a team of four developers to create a web application for a healthcare provider and a mobile app for a travel agency. The web application required a user-friendly interface, secure database, and robust backend. 

The mobile app needed to offer features for booking flights, hotels, and tours, browsing destinations, and accessing customer service. Both projects required functional prototypes, comprehensive documentation, testing and deployment plans, and maintenance and support plans.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The web application and mobile app projects were completed within the agreed timeline and budget, passing quality and performance tests and receiving positive feedback from the client and end-users.

• Goal 2: Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes to accelerate the deployment of new functionalities, reducing the time from 4 weeks to 2 days. 
• Goal 3: Transition to an Agile development methodology with 2-week sprints to improve responsiveness to customer needs and increase overall software quality. 
• Goal 4: Leverage AWS services, including EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, and CloudWatch, to build a resilient and highly available cloud infrastructure.
