In addition to these scheduled calls, they’ve always been available for ad-hoc meetings at short notice whenever urgent needs arose. With the competing timezones we have even had their team up at 4am a couple of times when required for large launches or projects. They’re highly responsive on Slack, often replying quickly to questions, updates, or technical discussions, which has made day-to-day collaboration smooth and efficient. Their project timelines are clearly communicated upfront and met, even when our priorities have shifted or expanded mid-project. Design collaboration has also been seamless, with Figma files structured in a way that makes it easy to provide feedback and track revisions.
