We needed their custom firmware development efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SWYM Consulting deployed firmware coding solutions for our wearable products based on their corresponding specifications. Prior to the coding phase, I also relayed the UI/UX features and functionalities that I wanted each product to obtain.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SWYM Consulting understood the intricacies of our products and devised a systematic roadmap to accomplish our requirements. Their in-depth understanding of what each product feature entailed allowed them to craft spot-on coding solutions that made each function possible.

How did SWYM Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via phone calls and text messages and relied on Basecamp for project management. SWYM Consulting was a transparent and budget-oriented partner that walked us through every crucial step of the process.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I talked to other vendors that refused to deliver what I specifically wanted, and only SWYM Consulting had the go-ahead approach that I needed to bring my goals to fruition.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We encountered issues in the testing phase which could’ve been avoided if they were prepared to address any changes when running the product on different operating systems.

Have a clear idea of what you want to achieve and make them understand that.
