      True Market's design was stunning, and they knocked the content organization out of the park. The Nation is a huge entity with almost 2,400 citizens and 83 departments and services, and there's a lot to go over; even people immersed in it get lost in the information. I was really impressed that True Market was able to put themselves in our shoes to understand and organize the site's content.

      Shortly after signing the contract, we decided we weren’t happy with the site design, and we wanted it redone. ReEnvision pulled its resources together and made numerous changes in a few short weeks. Expectations were outlined, the contract was clearly laid out, and, when we changed gears asking for a different scope, they clearly communicated what resources and time would be reallocated. There’s nothing I would change. I haven’t worked with ReEnvision for a long time, and the project is ongoing, but, so far, they’ve been quick to ask us what we need, remained adaptive, and always looked to improve.

      We had regular meetings and they were very good about keeping us up to date in Asana, and finalizing tasks on time and on budget. Despite the branding agency being incredibly late with their key deliverables, TW came through for us and exceeded our expectations. Given the tight timeframe due to the late arrival of the key deliverables from the branding agency, the initial plan was for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that would have just part of the site go live, however, thanks to the hard work of their team and our team working together we managed to launch over 90% of the site on time and on budget.
