They trained me on how to use JIRA and Basecamp to be able to manage the project from my end. They’re very detailed and organized. We set milestones and had weekly calls to talk about any issues that came up. They always had recommendations on how to solve the issues and gave me options to choose from. I have access to the developers that work on the project, and everyone at A2 Design knows our product. Their response time is amazing and their competency level is very high.
