5.0 Oct 18, 2022Even despite all the ongoing changes at our company, and the fact that we were doing a lot of the training virtually, it worked well. In fact, because it was virtual, members of our team who were being added and transitioned could jump into the training at different times. They could join at any point and benefit from current training as well as recorded sessions. They could join breakout groups and sessions with other colleagues. That flexibility was incredibly helpful to us. We always felt like there were upcoming sessions with additional content the reps needed to learn, and it didn’t matter that they weren’t all starting at the same time.

They’re also flexible and adaptable. We were on a path with a specific program that we had built with them, and then partway through the program, our business was continuing to evolve at a really fast pace. We saw some unique needs that we needed to address. As a result of that, we talked, we recalibrated, and we made some changes to the program on the fly.
