Miratel is a Toronto based, 24 x 7 inbound and outbound contact centre and mail house specializing in nonprofit fundraising services such as telephone fundraising, lottery fundraising, online fundraising, donation caging and a variety of other donor relationship management services. With over 25 years of combined call centre experience, the two founding partners of Miratel set out to build a call centre that specialized in nonprofit fundraising services that raised the bar for quality and integrity while remaining cost-effective. They had a determination to create a business that provided world-class solutions that would make sense for both the small, local nonprofits and the larger, national charitable foundations alike. It was the belief that nonprofits of all sizes deserved the same level of attention and professionalism as large, blue chip corporations that led to the creation of Miratel.
