Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a managing partner for an insurance investment firm.


What challenge were you trying to address with AppointmentSetter?

We wanted to use our time to help our existing clients and needed help prospecting to draw in more qualified clients at a higher volume.


What was the scope of their involvement?

We told them what we were looking for, and then they provided us with some script options. Then they started calling on our behalf the next Monday to create new opportunities for us.

What is the team composition?

We have one main point of contact.

How did you come to work with AppointmentSetter?

I found them on Google. We reached out to them and they got back to us the same day with a form and a quote. Other places had packages and I didn’t trust that they could deliver on it.

They were happy to customize an option that fit what we were looking for better. We embarked on that engagement in a week and the process was straightforward.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent less than $10,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We were a standstill during COVID-19, but we were able to adjust our agreement to fit our more current situation. We started working together in November 2019, and our engagement is ongoing.


What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve seen about 50 communications with new clients as a result so far. Those conversations are still ongoing and we expect this process will be profitable for us in the long run.

How did AppointmentSetter perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very responsive, and we get emails from them regularly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have the background and knowledge in our industry that allows us to speak with a level of certainty with the clients. They had the information background to speak with our potential prospects with confidence.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not at this moment. Everything they’ve promised they’ve delivered on. The only really pain point that we’ve come across is with COVID-19, and not being able to meet people face to face. They responded to that accordingly and it wasn’t their fault.
