We communicate via email and in addition to that, we also communicate via WhatsApp which works very well for me because I am quite busy. COAL has been adaptive. For example, the gentleman that I work alongside is not very technically advanced and Simon has adapted the way he works and has used WhatsApp, which is very effective for what we do. Simon and I have had conversations at 4 o’clock in the morning. He’s the type of person I can call whenever.
