This is one of the things I really liked about them. They assigned a dedicated PM. We met every morning to discuss upcoming and completed work. We used an ongoing progress board(Click-up) so I could look on my own, to monitor progress. This was something no other developer had done. Their commitment, the P.M. really seemed to care. I am not technical and I encouraged my PM to make suggestions and to help steer me clear of potential pitfalls. He did that and more. They really understood and identified with the project. Their efforts were invaluable.

Modulo put a Kanban board in place early on in the project and we were encouraged to work together reviewing and commenting on items there. We found that this worked really well and kept everything transparent and moving along nicely. There were some delays due to new requirements cropping up and some of the technical challenges faced but the developer we worked with took the time to explain the situation and always worked toward a resolution that we were happy with. Everything was done to our specifications and we were always consulted on every major decision taken.
