ZAPTA's team assisted wehive with scoping the original project specs. They expeditiously provided a first draft (< 3 days). Then, we iterated over each of the elements of the project until we were satisfied.

At least a handful of ZAPTA colleagues collaborated with our team on an ongoing basis.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have an operational draft of our product with an innovative user experience unlike any other app in the marketplace. We are unbelievably excited about the inventions created in collaboration with ZAPTA Technologies.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

At first the workflow was tricky because my team was inexperienced. However, we quickly figured out a flow switching instead of detailed notes on specific pages/designs to just screensharing live and seeing the changes in real-time. It's a FANTASTIC experience seeing real-time design changes. It's extremely efficient and is a demonstration of the Zapta's skillset.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team was ridiculously fun to work with. They were empathetic when I got covid and were flexible and patience with me juggling a newborn etc. We did so many screensharing sessions, they even gave me a tour of their office and I was able to meet the team face-to-face virtually. We really had fun while producing a show-stopper product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I obviously wish they were in the United States to make our time zones overlap easier but their value proposition is simply unmatched.

Starting with first project, we had some basic FIGMA layouts and we needed a proper design in order to develop the front end for. We explained the job to Zapta Team and they came up with a professionally looking layout. Delivery was done through FIGMA. In other projects they have developed using wordpress or they built a website from scratch using PHP laravel

The developers of our proprietary APP were satisfied about the quality of FIGMA and were able to develop the front end effortless.

We have used both Google Meet talks to align each other on requirements and whatsapp quick messages for quick updates and work in progress status

Quite fase in delivering, easy communication, Wordpress website was done using easy to install and update plugins. That was much appreciated. Their good quality, fast communication, and the right price are impressive in the workflow.

According to European/US standards they need to be a little more proactive. This means suggesting solutions. This applies especially on UI/UX part while in dev phase of websites (I mean suggesting technologies etc) they were quite proactive
