Projonmo Digital helped us increase our online presence and engagement to our website and social media channels. As a result, we’ve been able to improve our sales in residential properties and commercial spaces.

Their project management has been very consistent. We share files through Google Drive, and we typically communicate through WhatsApp.

We’re very impressed with their solutions-based approach and open communication.

They could maybe explore a more flexible payment option for us.

We needed a partner for website development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Projonmo Digital has developed our website, and they’re providing social media management for our Facebook page. Our website is on WordPress, and if we have any issues, they solve them. We have a YouTube channel, and they also provide the thumbnail for that. 

Additionally, the team has a Google certification, so they handle some SEO work. They do keyword research for YouTube and Google.

What is the team composition?

At this moment, they have around seven people on the team.

How did you come to work with Projonmo Digital Ltd.?

I found them on Facebook. We’re part of an e-commerce association, and they were in there as well. I saw their ads and got in touch with them.

How much have you invested with them?

Altogether, we’ve spent about $4,000–$5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been with them for about a year. We started working together in October 2020, and our collaboration is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Every month, they provide analytics to show us what they’re doing and what benefits we’re getting from their work. We see these analytics for both Facebook and Google.

How did Projonmo Digital Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re a pretty good company. A member of my team handles the communication with them. Sometimes they finish the work 1–2 days later, but their communication is much better than the three other companies we’ve worked with before.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have good communication skills and are committed. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

The problem in our country is that there aren’t many IT specialists, so most companies could improve their skills. They need more efficient people on their team in order to provide better services.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Work with them. I’ve already referred them to a friend, and they’re very happy with their services.

We needed help with our branding and marketing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Projonmo Digital designed our logo and brand identity. They did our market research and social media marketing for Google and Facebook Ads. Now, they manage our Facebook page, replying to comments and inquiries. They also do ad content creation, including Google Maps and Google Reviews.

We initially didn’t provide any documentation. They provided choices for us to select from and gave us a marketing proposal of what they’d do. My partner and I read the proposal, and we approved it.

What is the team composition?

We have eight people on the team, including a project manager. There’s a content creation, a social media management, and a campaign planning team. The CEO is also involved and directly concerned with the project.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent over $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2018, and the relationship is ongoing.

There’s been an increase in sales. Also, they’ve given us new ideas and campaign designs.

The communication is great, and they follow timelines really well. Also, they’re very hardworking, supportive, and knowledgeable.
