They’ve been more flexible than a lot of vendors I’ve had to work with during the past in the sense that they’ve been able to deal with all of the challenges and limitations we’ve thrown their way. Their life would have been easier if they would have been hosting. They actually have their own hosting service. If we’d been hosting with them, they would have been able to control more of it, but they’ve been completely open and willing to work within our constraints.

We had weekly check-ins on-site. I prefer to do these types of things in person, which was not a problem for Ackmann & Dickenson. Because of this, we're ranking well for keywords and questions we never even thought of. Each month the number of leads we receive increases and we've increased our budget twice as a result of it. While we have had other initiatives that work, from a rate of return standpoint, this is our best marketing project for attracting new franchise owners. Recently, we saw big increases in the number of leads but noticed a dip in quality.
