I would say that it’s pretty easy to get a hold of them, which isn’t always the case with some vendors. CMS Ad Group doesn’t approach their client relationships like that. When we have questions about a project that we’re going to launch, they’re always quite prompt with responses and information.

When I went to them for the program for the questionnaire, [which was] highly complex, and they got it done. They’ve never been a problem, and they seem very responsive. There is a project manager, somebody assigned to handle my account personally, and there's somebody supervising them who always gets in touch with me. Another person takes care of the pay-per-click campaign, another person for the Web design. They handle all that very well with individual subject matter experts driving each piece of the overall campaign.
