The project was initiated with strategic workshops (Value Proposition & Target Audience Canvas) to define a clear market identity. This led to the creative concept of the “Monolith”: a multi-faceted digital portal that organizes S–iR’s complex AR services into an intuitive and high-profile user journey, transforming technical specifications into an immersive and coherent narrative. On the technological front, an immersive 3D environments were developed by integrating Three.js and WebGL, applying advanced optimization techniques to ensure smooth and high-performance rendering. The entire ecosystem is supported by a headless architecture on Netlify, ensuring agile, secure, and scalable content management.

Goals:

• S–iR needed to translate a highly complex and technical technological offering into a clear, scalable, and premium digital presence.
• The goal was to move from a fragmented vision of AR possibilities to a premium website capable of showcasing a vast range of services, from 3D billboards to digital twins, while positioning the brand as an “up-to-date” leader in the Augmented Retail market.

All of these were respected and handled with great communicaiton on time.

The company delivered an outstanding website development experience from start to finish. The team was responsive, proactive, and transparent throughout the entire process, ensuring that every detail was aligned with our expectations. While the overall experience was very positive, there are a few areas that could be further improved. For example, offering more initial design variations (UI stage) could help explore different creative directions early and slightly faster turnaround on minor revisions would enhance efficiency even further.

The new markeplace has only been released a few months ago, which is why it is still too early to show significant improvements over the legacy platform. Key business KPIs and web metrics, however, indicate major improvements for the time being.

Communication with the project manager and the rest of the team was always fast and effective. The delivery of the various project outputs was in line with the planned schedule.

The goal of the project was a complete redesign of our Shopify store with the focus on improving conversion rate, mobile usability and user experience (especially on the product pages). The budget for the entire project was approx. 20k euros.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Average cart value increased due to bundles design on PDP
• Increased CR from 1.6% to 2.6% (approx. 62% increase)

Design and UX process was very good. Communication mostly via virtual meetings and Slack channel. During development, the open items were not fully transparent at first, but later a Jira board was established for a better project tracking on both sides.

We really enjoyed the design approach of Colla studio and the way the first concepts were presented. They did deep research and had a lot of great ideas to improve our product presentation online. We also enjoyed the small size of the team and the direct communication with them.

The development part (which was optional) was not very transparent at first, but later they introduced a project management platform (Jira) which helped a lot.
