Structure is required in order to hit goals. I feel that with Balkan Brothers, we get both. We get a lot of inspired work, and we get a great creative team at our disposal. But, that team is very conscious of deadlines and final results.

Even when we hit internal delays on our side, they were flexible and helped us re-prioritize without losing momentum. Every deliverable felt considered, intentional, and genuinely aligned with what we needed—even the things we didn’t know we needed yet. Deadlines were clear, progress was steady, and even when we took longer than expected on our end (which happened more than once), they were incredibly patient and flexible.

Towards the end of the project, we requested that they significantly increase the size of the data sets without fully realizing how much work it would entail. They were able to quickly and accurately identify all the necessary steps to achieving that goal. Also, we had to completely redesign the site and rebuild several features a month before project launch, and the Beyond team understood the necessity and stepped up to the challenge with absolutely no complaints.
