They have a portal they use to manage interactions with our team where we can submit questions, suggestions or directions. We receive nearly immediate responses and acknowledgments that they are working toward an answer. Management is really tight. We never have to wonder where we stand or if we will meet a deadline. There have been weekly meetings throughout almost the entire project.
