At Associated Humanity, every project starts with a kickoff session where we review the expectations, scope, and timeline outlined in the signed contract. This is also when we confirm who the right decision makers are, both for big-picture changes and for fast, day-to-day reviews, so approvals never stall momentum. From there, depending on the engagement, we run one to three Originate sessions to deeply understand the brand, where it stands today, and where the client wants it to go. This process shapes how we manage the rest of the project. Beyond that, our style is flexible rather than templated. We adapt our communication cadence to what each phase actually needs, whether that is frequent check-ins during a creative sprint or clear milestone updates during strategy work. Every project runs through our Studio CRM to keep timelines and deliverables organized, but the real differentiator is how collaborative it feels. Clients work directly with the people doing the strategy and creative work, not an account manager, so communication stays clear and honest and clients feel like true partners rather than vendors.

Currently our team is interested in full rebrands that include a website redesign/redeployment. We believe that a website is the culmination of your brand's visuals and language. Also, we understand you will eventually (some sooner than later) partner with a marketing agency, and our work establishing your brand strategy allows your marketing dollars to go further. We also brands/companies who are unsure what their needs are and need to explore with a design agency.

Turnaround time depends on a few factors. Which includes project size, client responsiveness and number of revisions requested at time of signing. Expect a 4-12 week turn around time depending on project size and scope.
