Ability to design and print own marketing materials using developed and explained brand kit and logo

Website that was easy to navigate that represents the feel of the practice and to improve for SEO/AIO, continually brings in new clients

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Delivered on time and appropriately pushed when I was dragging on getting wording finalized. Makenzie was very easy to reach via text. I submitted changes via email that were all done before meeting again. The pace was perfect and with 2 follow up zoom meetings with the web designer after the initial design was revealed, it forced me to really take my time and make decisions to not create a franetic ping pong back and forth that would drag on.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Guidance on logo and company name and Makenzie's ability to grab out what feel I wanted everything to have before I even really knew it. They took feedback really well and implemented changes that made sense and gave sound advice when they didn't.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Associated Humanity could have done differently?

I often worried my feedback on the website design that was delivered in VERY long detailed emails might be difficult to decipher. It may have been easier if there was some visual supplied that I could put feedback next to or on for clarity. But that would only be if they are having a hard time deciphering what clients are specifically asking for during the website change process.
